Are you looking for a new role as a Teaching Assistant? We have a brilliant opportunity for you. Academics are looking for a TA to work in a lovely Year 1 Class in a brilliant school in Cwmbran.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson and material preparation.
• Assisting with basic literacy and numeracy tasks for small groups of students.
• Providing 1:1 support for students who need extra assistance.

• Daily rate of £85 per day
• Regular, long-term work.
• Your own consultant who will support you during the sign-up process and throughout your placement.

What we need from you

• An enhanced DBS check (essential) which is subscribed to the DBS update service.
• Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council).
• Two recent and professional references.
• Experience working as a teaching assistant or in a school setting (desirable).
