  • Encouraging Independence and Confidence: Support students in developing key skills such as independence, problem-solving, and social interaction, preparing them for the next stage of their education.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers and support staff to share best practices and deliver a cohesive, engaging curriculum.
  • Engaging with Parents and Guardians: Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s learning and development.
  • Contributing to the School Community: Be an active member of the school’s vibrant community, participating in school events, activities, and initiatives that enhance students' learning experiences.
