Are you going to be looking for your next long-term teaching position after Easter?

Aspire People is currently searching for a Year 1 teacher, who is able to confidently plan and deliver lessons suited for a class with varied needs and abilities. This is a 2 form entry school, so planning responsibilities will be divided between you and another teacher.

This role starts April 2025 - December 2025.

The right candidate must have previous teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and confident Phonics knowledge.

Skills and experience required for our teaching jobs:

1. You must have QTS
2. An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
3. An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
4. Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
5. A friendly caring nature
6. The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
7. Keen to learn and develop professionally
8. Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching
