• Develop early reading, writing, and numeracy skills through effective and creative teaching strategies.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to help every child thrive.
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to foster a supportive learning community.
• Collaborate with the KS1 team to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
