Primary School Year 1 Teacher - Burntwood

Are you a qualified and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for teaching Year 1 pupils? We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class Teachers to join Aspire People to work in Burntwood.

Requirements:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT,NQT, PGCE)
  2. Experience teaching in Year 1 / Key Stage 1.
  3. A solid understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
  4. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  6. The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
  7. Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.
