Job summary

A leading teaching agency is seeking a Class Teacher for a temporary contract beginning in September 2025, lasting until July 2026. This role requires a minimum of one year of Key Stage 2 experience and QTS certification. You will be responsible for planning lessons, preparing assessments, and engaging with parents during evening events. Ideal candidates must hold the right to work in the UK and have up-to-date Safeguarding training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Key Stage 2 teaching experience in the UK.
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Planning, preparation, marking, and conducting parents' evenings.
• Full-time hours from 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday during term time.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
