Job description

Aspire People are recruiting a Primary School Teacher in Bury, M45.

The role will see you teaching a small class of 28 students with mixed abilities across year 1 and 2. This is a full-time role where you will take on full responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have strong classroom and behaviour management which will be essential.

A meet and greet and trial day can be arranged with the school ideally before the summer break.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in teaching within the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives.
