Role Overview: Yardhand at Flogas

As a Yardhand, you will contribute to our business by supporting the delivery team and maintaining safety standards. This role can be a stepping stone to career advancement into positions like Driver or Site Manager. You will develop skills within a team that values safety, wellbeing, and professional growth.

Your responsibilities include assisting with LPG cylinder filling, loading cylinders onto vehicles, supervising bulk vessel filling, and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. We rely on your reliability and commitment to safety to keep operations running smoothly, and in return, we offer a supportive environment that values your safety and wellbeing.

Flogas is transitioning towards 100% renewable energy by 2040, supporting customers in reducing carbon emissions through various initiatives including switching from oil to gas, developing heat pumps, solar panels, and bio-fuels. Requirements from You

• Strong team spirit, initiative, and multitasking abilities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Ability to handle heavy cylinders safely.
• Commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing.
• Reliable, flexible, and communicative approach.
• Experience in safe handling and storage of dangerous goods and a counterbalance forklift license is preferred; training can be provided if needed.
• A full driving license is desirable but not essential.
