Job description

We are looking for a Yard/Warehouse Operative to join us at Huws Gray Exmouth!

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm, and alternate Saturdays, 8am - 12 noon.

As a Yard & Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the yard and warehouse areas, serving customers, and providing everything they need for their projects. Working in our branches, you'll be part of a team committed to excellent customer service and completing tasks efficiently.

Here’s what you can expect to do as a Yard & Warehouse Operative:

• Serve customers in the yard, offering knowledgeable product advice for their projects
• Support with incoming deliveries, ensuring stock is stored correctly and kept tidy, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Ensure all incoming stock is accounted for, reporting any missing or low stock levels to management
• Protect against stock loss and theft by remaining security conscious at all times
