Location: Witheridge, Devon

Contract Type: Full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £12.21 per hour

Are you practical, proactive, and enjoy working outdoors?

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Yard Team Member to join our team at the Witheridge Engineering site, part of Mole Valley Farmers.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our yard operation, supporting customers, handling goods, and helping to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. You’ll be operating machinery, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring our customers receive excellent service every time they visit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing a warm, helpful welcome to all visitors and customers
• Safely loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating forklifts and side loaders (training provided if needed)
• Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and well-organised
• Accurately picking and preparing loads for dispatch
• Supporting site safety and security at all times
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable with regular lifting and working outdoors
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Forklift licence and yard experience (desirable, but not essential)
• A commitment to excellent customer service
