Joining our friendly and hardworking family as an Yard Sales Assistant, you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers who visit our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing first-class service.
What will I be doing?
No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with customers to deliver high standards of service—being helpful and friendly at all times, often getting to know customers by name.
- Working outdoors, processing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles.
- Unloading building products from supplier deliveries and accurately booking them into the branch warehouse.
- Experience with a forklift is ideal, but full training will be provided.
- Maintaining safety standards by keeping a tidy and safe working environment at all times.
What skills do you need?
This is a customer-facing role. The key requirement is the ability to provide great customer service. We can teach you the rest.
