Joining our team as a Yard Sales Assistant

Become part of our friendly and hardworking family as a Yard Sales Assistant. You'll be on the front line, engaging with customers who visit our yard. As a vital member of the branch team, you'll play a key role in our ongoing success by providing first-class service.

What will I be doing?

No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with customers to deliver high standards of service—being helpful and friendly at all times, often getting to know customers by name.
• Working outdoors, processing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles.
• Unloading building products from supplier deliveries and accurately recording them in the branch warehouse.
• Using a forklift is ideal, but full training will be provided if needed.
• Maintaining safety standards by keeping the work environment tidy and safe.

What skills do you need?

This is a customer-facing role. You need to be able to provide great customer service. We can teach you the rest.
