Joining our friendly and hardworking family as a Yard Sales Assistant, you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers who come into our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing first-class service.

Where will I be working?

The role is based at Travis Perkins Palmers Green, Bridge Drive (Off Broomfield Lane). We are looking for someone to cover 30 hours per week between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm. We are flexible on when these hours are worked, and if you are seeking slightly fewer hours, please apply below.

What will I be doing?

No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:

• Deliver high standards of customer service by being helpful and friendly at all times, building relationships with customers, often on a first-name basis.
• Work outdoors, processing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles.
• Unload building materials from supplier deliveries and accurately log them in the branch warehouse.
• Experience with forklifts is ideal, but full training will be provided.
• Maintain safety standards by keeping a tidy and safe working environment.
