Job summary

Planet Recruitment seeks a Yard Operative in Upper Heyford to perform detailed quality inspections and support production quality control. You will be responsible for identifying defects, ensuring accurate completion of tasks, and recording any quality issues in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour

The Role

As a Yard Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed checks and inspections to ensure products meet the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out quality checks and visual inspections.
• Identifying defects, damage or issues that do not meet required standards.
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
• Recording and reporting any quality issues.
• Working as part of a team to resolve quality concerns.
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
