Roofing Derby is currently looking to recruit a Yard Operative to ensure that the receiving, storage, picking, and loading of stock is efficiently and timely managed. The role may also involve undertaking Trade Counter Assistant duties as required.

What does the role involve?

As Yard Operative, you will assist with deliveries, un-loading, and loading of vehicles at the branch. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment and contribute positively to the daily operations within the branch.

The successful candidate will require:

• Experience in manual handling and good attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Good knowledge of safe working practices
• Hold a Forklift Licence (desirable)
