Job summary

MGF Ltd in Bristol is hiring a Yard Operative to join our busy yard team. Reporting to the Depot Foreman, you’ll assist with assembling, testing and preparing equipment, and help with loading and unloading Company vehicles.

The role offers guaranteed hours, Monday to Friday with overtime, training on FLT and hydraulic testing, and a chance to grow within a national shoring Solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Busy yard experience required.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Experience working in a team.
• FLT experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment, assembling, sorting and testing.
• Assisting in loading/unloading of company vehicles.
• Sorting, identifying and recording damages.
• Racking and stacking equipment.
• Driving Fork Lift Trucks (training provided).
• Testing of hydraulic equipment (training provided).
