Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Yard Operative to join our client based in Aldridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team in a hands-on, active role involving both indoor and outdoor work.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating FLT counterbalance
• Carry out stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method
• Load and unload vehicles and containers, ensuring all stock movements are documented accurately
• Conduct general warehouse and yard duties
• Ensure all vehicle loading complies with company procedures and legal transport regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment, both indoors and outdoors
• Keeping the workspaces in the warehouse clean and tidy
• Comply with all Health & Safety and Quality regulations
• Work collaboratively with the production team to support smooth operations and communication
• Positively contribute to business performance and ongoing improvement initiatives
