Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Yard Operative/CB FLT Driver in Wallingford. The role involves yard-based work with a focus on loading and unloading, picking and packing from digital orders, and restocking items. A counterbalance forklift licence is essential.

The majority of work is yard-based outside, with IT-literate use of the digital order system and a valid driving licence for ad hoc deliveries across the south of England. Shift is 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• In-date counterbalance forklift licence is required.
• IT literate for operation of digital order system.
• Self-motivated with good time management and task prioritisation.
• Methodical and accurate work ethic.
• Clean driving licence with van driving experience for ad hoc deliveries (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing components from digital order sheets.
• Restocking components back to shelf when returned from events.
• Maintaining a tidy and ordered work environment.
• Handling system scaffold components.
• Loading and unloading trucks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:£14.00 - £14.50
Shift: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday - Friday

We are recruiting for experienced Yard Operatives for our client based in Wallingford, OX10.

You must have an in-date counterbalance forklift licence for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing components from digital order sheets
• Restocking components back to shelf when returned from events
• Maintaining a tidy and ordered work environment
• Handling system scaffold components
• Loading and unloading trucks in a fast-paced environment
