Our client based in Nuneaton CV11 is looking for a Yard Operative (Counterbalance Forklift Driver)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: £13 per hour, Potential pay increase upon becoming a permanent team member

Immediate Start

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Pick and move ductile iron covers and various other different range of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets, such as zero customer picking errors.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and general yard duties.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Previous experience working in outdoor environments or similar yard-based roles.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and with intense manual handling where applicable.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
