Yard Operative

Location: Near Aldermaston, RG7

Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

Hours: 07:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Overtime: Voluntary overtime available on Saturdays

We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based near Aldermaston. This is a hands-on role working with welding materials, sheet metal and structural parts. You will assist with preparing materials, welding panels, grinding surfaces and supporting general yard and workshop duties. Full training will be provided, so previous welding experience is not essential.

• Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Own transport is desirable due to the location and accessibility of the site.
