Assist Resourcing is currently recruiting Yard Operatives to work for our client in St Helens. You must have your Forklift Licence with Counterbalance to be considered for this role.

Our client is a metal recycling company, specializing in bringing the scrap yard to their customers with portable weighing scales.

Hours of Work as a Yard Operative:

This opportunity requires working Monday to Friday:

• 08:00 - 16:30

The responsibilities of being a Yard Operative:

This role will include:

• Driving a Forklift with Counterbalance
• Buying different metals from Customers
• Loading/Unloading vans, Palletising items
• Processing Cables
• Processing Metals, Working with small components
• Serving Customers
• Keeping the yard clean and tidy
