Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a reliable Yard Operative in the Innsworth area to support operations within a Waste and Recycling company for the Aviation sector. This outdoor position offers a temp to perm path and varies with shifts.

Pay is £12.71 per hour, with benefits including weekly pay and pro-rata holiday entitlement. Shift pattern is Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-2:30pm, with overtime possible as needed.

Responsibilities

• Emptying bins and moving waste as directed.
• Operating compactor bins and maintaining clean workspace.
• Keeping the warehouse area tidy and pallets organised.
• Support operations to ensure efficient waste handling.
