Position Overview:

We are seeking candidates interested in working within the recycling and environmental sustainability industry. This role involves ensuring efficient processing of metals to maximize operational profitability. The position is based in Exeter and reports to the Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Health and Safety standards in accordance with the SimsMMway Safety vision, Principles, and Policy.
2. Contribute to the efficient operation of the site.
3. Perform daily safety and operational checks.
4. Coordinate with team members to ensure proper processing of all loads.
5. Keep the working area clean and organized at all times.
6. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
9. Maintain integrity and confidentiality in all tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience working effectively within a team environment.
2. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
3. Forklift and Material Scrap Handler licenses are advantageous.
