Overview

Yard Operative required in Warrington. Salary: £13.00 per hour.

Our client, a leading name in their industry, has an exciting opportunity for a Yard Operative to join their workshop in Appleton Thorn, Warrington. The role involves supporting yard operations during the installation of storage systems and workshops into the back of commercial vans.

Responsibilities

• Look after the yard and assist with overall yard operations.
• Book in vans to the site and coordinate movements around the workshop and yard during the installation process.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections once vehicle installations are complete to ensure installations are free of faults and defects prior to handover to clients.

Qualifications

• Confident van driver.
• Hold a clean, full UK driving licence.
• Good eye for detail.
• Able to complete paperwork.

Working Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
• Location: Warrington (Appleton Thorn).
• Pay: £13.00 per hour.
• Type: Long-term position with potential permanent opportunities for well-performing candidates.
