Job summary

Pwconstruct is seeking a Yardman for West Molesey to organise and maintain the yard area and assist with deliveries and collections. The role involves loading/unloading vehicles, basic labouring, and keeping tools in good condition on site.

The ideal candidate has yard experience, good teamwork and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather. CSCS Card is preferred, forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a construction or builders' yard environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• CSCS Card Preferred.
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Organising and maintaining the yard area.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely.
• Assisting with deliveries and collections.
• General labouring and cleaning duties.
• Keeping tools and equipment in good working order.
• Supporting site and warehouse staff as needed.
