Job summary

Total Plumbing in Carmarthen is seeking a proactive Yard Foreperson to oversee the yard, warehouse and transport operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive efficiency, safety and excellent customer service across trade and retail customers.

You will supervise yard staff and drivers, ensure stock is stored and presented well, and oversee deliveries and returns while promoting health & safety. The role includes staff coaching and training as part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a builders’ merchant, warehouse, or logistics.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities
