We are looking for a new yard operative who also holds a valid FLT counterbalance certificate for a busy scrapyard within the Marsh Marton area of Exeter.

This is a busy, all-weather, hands-on role where you move scrap metal around a yard, separate metals by hand, load machinery, and move other products as part of a metal recycling process.

Due to the nature of this environment, you will be expected to perform typical yard-based duties including manual handling.

This is a full-time role working within a large, worldwide company, and you will receive training on different machinery along with a clear career progression path.

To be considered – you need to have experience in a similar, outdoor role, hold a valid FLT counterbalance certificate, be willing to learn new processes, and be physically fit for manual handling tasks.
