St Patrick’s School, Waimate – South Canterbury
We are seeking a passionate and committed teacher to join our team at St Patrick’s School, a vibrant and supportive Catholic state-integrated primary school in the heart of Waimate, South Canterbury. Our vision, 'To live like Jesus' is central to all that we do. The successful applicant must be willing to actively support and promote the Catholic faith.
This is a 0.6FTTE position(or 0.5FTTE by negotiation), beginning in Term 1, 2026, and includes 0.1 CRT release time. The successful applicant will teach in our Year 4–8 classroom and provide CRT release in our Year 0–3 classroom.

Key requirements:
Current NZ teacher registration
Strength in teaching across the curriculum, particularly in a multilevel setting

Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
