Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a reputable primary school in Sutton Coldfield who are seeking to appoint a passionate Y1 teacher to work on a full time basis starting in September 2025 for a a full academic year covering a maternity.

The school are looking for an individual who brings passion and commitment to teaching in Key Stage One. Working alongside another class teacher in a two form entry school, you will be well supported by the KS1 team and SLT.

Requirements

To be considered for the Teaching position, you will:

  • Hold valid QTS
  • Be willing to commit to a dedicated and welcoming team
  • Have strong knowledge of the curriculum and the ability to engage pupils continuously
  • Previous experience teaching in KS1
