As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of the restaurant, engaging with customers to ensure smooth operations in customer areas. Responsibilities include welcoming children, handing out balloons, organizing special events, addressing customers' needs, maintaining cleanliness in dining and toilet areas, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. We seek someone with a genuine smile, ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.

Essential qualities include friendliness, courtesy, helpfulness, effective communication skills (listening, face-to-face interaction, eye contact), high energy, efficiency, and productivity.
