Job Description:
  • Store establishment support and opening assistance: Responsible for preparing store reporting materials, tracking and advancing construction progress. Undertake all preparatory work before new store openings to ensure smooth launches, produce initial and weekly reports.
  • System maintenance: Collaborate with headquarters to implement operation support systems, maintain and manage these systems, and train store staff on their usage.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor daily sales and operational data across all stores to ensure smooth operation and performance targets are met.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory across stores, optimize product mix, and ensure adequate supply and safety of stock.
  • Profit and Loss Management: Monitor profitability of each store to ensure financial health.
  • Activity organization: Plan and execute marketing activities and communication strategies based on annual marketing and product promotion schedules, including store openings and promotional events.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of store management experience, familiar with direct-operated store operations and processes.
  • Management experience in well-known brand stores is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing sales data and proposing solutions.
  • Project management skills, capable of planning and monitoring projects.
  • Proficiency in office software and store management systems, with financial knowledge, budgeting, and system maintenance skills.
