Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que Tech lead ou Staff Engineer, ou Lead Engineer acceptable.
• Capacité à optimiser des applications backend utilisant MySQL ou sources de données similaires.
• Solide connaissance de PHP et compréhension de ses forces et faiblesses.

Responsibilities

• Participer à toutes les étapes du développement, de la conception à la mise en œuvre.
• Communiquer avec les collègues pour affiner la conception de l'application.

Areti Group is seeking x6 Tech leads/Staff Engineers to work for a rapidly growing TECH FOR GOOD business. My client is building a new team and needs solid software engineers to develop large-scale mobile and web applications backend. The role focuses on backend coding and database design, emphasizing performance and system reliability.

This is an excellent opportunity for software engineers looking for a company with strong values that cares about its customers and employees.

Key Accountabilities

• Participate in all development stages, from design to deployment and support
• Communicate proactively with colleagues to refine application design
• Suggest and implement innovative, high-tech solutions
• Optimize backend code, identify bottlenecks, and implement visualization and monitoring systems as needed

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Computer Science or related degree preferred
• Experience as a Software Team Lead or Staff Engineer; Lead Engineer considered
• Experience with Service-oriented architecture
• Ability to optimize backend applications using MySQL or similar data sources
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, especially MySQL
• Strong knowledge of PHP, understanding its strengths and weaknesses
• Experience with PHP frameworks like Symfony and Laravel

Languages: PHP, Ruby-on-Rails, Java, Python, C#

Frameworks & Technologies: Vue.js, TypeScript/Angular/React, AWS, GraphQL, REST APIs, TDD, DDD, Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
