Job Description:

We are seeking several Principal Software Engineers/Staff Engineers for a rapidly growing scaleup organization based in Colchester. This is a fully remote position working on exciting projects involving e-commerce platforms with a tech stack including React.js, React Native, PHP (moving to Golang), and AWS.

The role involves leading architectural changes, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring junior engineers, and driving best practices within teams and guilds.

Requirements include experience with Golang/Go, React/React Native/Next.js/PHP, REST APIs, GraphQL, AWS, and software design patterns such as TDD/DDD. A passion for process and architecture improvement is essential.
