???x3 Principal Software Engineers/Staff Engineers - ScaleUp - FULLY REMOTE - London

Areti have partnered with a rapidly and organically growing hyper-growth scaleup organisation who are seeking several individuals to join their engineering function.

I am looking for talented software engineers to lead architectural changes, work with stakeholders on road maps, mentor more junior engineers and drive best practice in their teams and guilds, while working on our range of successful e-commerce sites, to help sustain our trajectory of rapid growth. The front-end stack is based on React.js, React Native, with the back end written in PHP but moving to Golang and runs in AWS.

This is an amazing opportunity for anyone looking to join an ambitious, organically grown businesses who have some unbelievable plans for the business moving through 2023!

Working in a start-up or rapidly scaling environment is essential.

Experience required:

• One or more of these tech stacks: Golang/Go, React/React Native/Next.JS/PHP

• A passion for developing processes and architecture to continuously improve the codebase

Salary paying up to 115k + 25% Bonus
