Job description

The WX Senior FM will ensure alignment between the account organisation and expectations set by the Account Manager, in line with the wider Philip Morris relationship, to maximize value creation and ensure operational excellence. This role provides direction and oversight to enable account teams to effectively manage our commitments to the client.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational site lead – responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and all ISS team onsite to ensure consistency and coverage of all tasks.
  2. Supports the overall strategic vision and delivers best-in-class operations to enhance the workplace experience.
  3. Manages resources to deliver against the contract, interpreting scope as required.
  4. Conducts regular audits to ensure standards meet client expectations.
  5. Provides proactive feedback to clients on cost control, work scope, innovations, and additional services.
  6. Addresses client issues effectively at appropriate levels.
  7. Attends client meetings, maintains good knowledge of site operations, encourages improvements, and provides feedback.
  8. Ensures procedures are in place to identify team development needs through observation and appraisals, supporting training and development activities.
  9. Supports the management, training, and support of the WX team across services including Hospitality, M&E, Front of House, Cleaning, Events, and Engagement, covering roles during absences or high workloads.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the FM industry with proven operational and service management skills.
  • History of delivering 5-star services in a multi-site corporate office environment.
  • Experience in delivering and managing soft services.
  • Experience interfacing at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High personal credibility and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Exceptional collaboration and community-building skills.
  • Industry knowledge and awareness of trends.
  • Ability to prioritize based on business needs and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Financial awareness and understanding.
  • IOSHH Managing Safely qualification preferred.
