What you will do

While having fun, you’ll be responsible for member engagement, retention, new member recruitment, and product sales—all while working flexible hours!

Here’s a quick overview of what to expect:

1. Deliver an exceptional workshop experience: Engage members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
2. Build strong community connections: Use social platforms, seek on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness by representing WW at community events.
3. Focus on recruitment and retention: Build relationships with members and provide support, tools, or products to help them succeed.
4. Deliver behavior change coaching: Make members feel seen, heard, and supported—respond to posts with purpose, encourage reflection, learning, problem-solving, and action planning, and welcome new members.

Who you are

Here’s what you need to bring:

• Social media savvy or content creation skills
• Passion for wellness; current WW member or eager to become one
• Excellent active listening skills to assist members effectively
• Experience facilitating groups (preferred)
• Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule
