Job description

To support the Branch Manager in the operation of our Eagles Meadow retail store, ensuring customers’ needs are met and exceeded where possible.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide excellent customer service and support to all customers and supporters.
  2. Maintain high standards at all times.
  3. Provide training to Retail Assistant(s).
  4. In the absence of the Branch Manager, oversee the operations of the Eagles Meadow store.
  5. Act as a key holder.
  6. Perform any other duties as requested.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a positive, safe, and supportive experience for everyone engaging with the Club. Comply with all aspects of the Club Safeguarding Policies and arrangements, taking personal responsibility to embed strong safeguarding practices.

HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and members of the public, and comply with the Club’s Health & Safety Policy to meet legal obligations.

About The Candidate

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Previous retail experience, preferably supervising in a large retail environment.
  • Experience with sports or fashion apparel/accessories is preferred.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
