Job summary

Lighthouse Charity is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of Zest breakfast and after-school clubs. You will manage club staff, maintain safeguarding standards, and ensure smooth operations across multiple venues in Derbyshire.

The role includes line management, admin time, and flexible scheduling with some remote work. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across venues are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Equal Opportunities practices.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and child protection procedures.
• Familiarity with Ofsted expectations for wraparound care settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as line manager for Zest Club Managers and provide support to staff.
• Manage club presence, staff training plans, and CPD.
• Oversee safeguarding and paperwork in club folders and DBS compliance.
• Support recruitment and liaise with HR on changes in working hours.
