Job summary

Mrs Ethelston's CofE Primary Academy in Lyme Regis is seeking a warm and caring individual to support the safety and wellbeing of children within our staff team. You will help promote inclusion, social skills, language and emotional well-being under the direction of the head of school and teachers.

You will demonstrate initiative, integrity and compassion, and aim to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
• To work under the direction of the head of school and class teachers to demonstrate high levels of progress and development for pupils.
• You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion.
