West Ashton CofE Primary School in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, invites applications for a Wraparound Care Assistant to support our after-school club. The role runs 3.15pm–5.00pm (Mon-Thu) and 3.15pm–4.30pm on Friday, 38 weeks/year, 8h15m weekly, FTC until 31 August 2027.

You will help plan engaging activities, maintain a safe, caring setting, and work closely with staff, pupils and parents. Food handling certification is desirable. Salary £13.28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Has a passion for delivering high quality and engaging opportunities for children.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with pupils, staff and parents.
• Self-motivated, energetic and proactive to support safe, high-quality education and care.
• Experience with children in play or educational settings.
• Food handling experience or certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Team player with a warm, flexible and caring approach.
• First Aid training is advantageous.

Primary School** is looking appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic **Wraparound Care Assistant** to support the Wraparound Care Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of our after-school club provision.**Contract:** Fixed term (until 31st August 2027) **Working Hours:** Part time (8 hours 15 minutes per week, 3.15pm until 5pm, Monday-Thursday and 3.15pm until 4.30pm on Friday, 38 weeks per year, no Teacher Training days)Located in the beautiful village of West Ashton, just outside Trowbridge, Wiltshire, we educate children aged 3–11.
