Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire is seeking a Production Operative on a 3-month contract to support cutting, palletising and wrapping processes on the plant floor.

The role runs a 3 day shift then 1 day off pattern and 3 nights then 3 days off, with days 6:00am-2:30pm and nights 8:30pm-5:00am. Immediate start for suitably experienced candidates, with a focus on safety and team work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Operative or similar role is required.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work safely in a dusty, physically demanding environment.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting and palletising processes.
• Release stacks of products onto wrapping station.
• Assist with wrapping and ensure correct positioning for automated wrapping.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised work area to meet targets.
• Support production targets of approximately 200 wraps per shift.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
