We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Wrap-around Care and Activities playworkers to work in our Junior School and Nursery Wrap-Around Care team.These roles involve ensuring a safe, engaging and supportive environment for children aged 2-11 years after school. The successful candidates will support the development, wellbeing, and learning of children in line with the Curriculum for Excellence and the principles of GIFREC (Getting It Right For Every Child).These roles are term-time only and are offered on a part-time basis, ideally working Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 5:30pm. The School consists of a Senior School, Junior School and a Nursery Department. The School is a member of HMC. The Edinburgh Academy moved to full co-education across the whole school in 2008. The Junior and Senior Schools are on separate sites, both of which have spacious grounds and sports facilities including extensive playing fields, an all-weather sports area, and a large Sports Hall and Centre.
