We are currently hiring for a Worksite Presenter to join our Distribution team on a remote basis. Whilst you will work from home the majority of the time, this role will involve regular travel to client sites across the UK.

The key responsibility for this individual will be to deliver high quality member presentations to our clients. Workplace is a core market for Aegon UK and one of the fastest growing, therefore it is critical to the strategy and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the communication objectives based on the characteristics of the client and target audience.
  • Creating tailored member presentations to meet the client’s needs.
  • Preparing and delivering member presentations through various media including face to face, online webinars and recorded videos.
  • Working with internal departments (e.g. Client Relationship Team, Customer Care Team, Compliance, Marketing, and Implementation Teams) and external parties (e.g. the client and their consultants, and APS, our typesetters and printers) to ensure that all deadlines are met, and appropriate resources are allocated to each client.
  • Adhering to internal procedures including Compliance and peer review requirements at all times.
  • Achieving accreditation status in order to approve final versions of member documents.
  • Working with different departments and colleagues to develop presentation collateral such as slides.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent communication and presentational skills.
  • Evidence of relationship management experience and working with clients.
  • Experience contributing to the creative development of the DC communication service, working with Marketing Teams and/or Member Communication Teams.
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with internal departments, clients, prospects and their advisers, so that we are seen as communications leaders in the DC Market.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of different types of media (web, print, social, digital, apps etc) and the advantages/disadvantages of each in different situations.
  • Strong pensions and investment technical knowledge, including:
    • An understanding of the Corporate Workplace Savings market, products and regulatory developments.
    • An understanding of the Auto-enrolment, scheme default investment options and Master Trust and contract-based governance and how to support employers with their duties.
  • A track record in achieving objectives/targets and meeting deadlines.
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Camtasia and PowerPoint will be beneficial.
