Job summary

Aegon is seeking a Worksite Presenter to join our Distribution team on a remote basis, with regular travel to client sites across the UK. You will deliver high-quality member presentations and collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

This role requires excellent communication, client relationship experience, and the ability to contribute to the creative development of DC communications.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
• Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Synthesia and PowerPoint are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify client communication objectives based on audience and context.
• Create tailored member presentations to meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver member presentations via face-to-face sessions, webinars, and videos.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship, Customer Care, Compliance, Marketing and Implementation teams and external partners to meet deadlines and allocate resources.
• Adhere to internal procedures including compliance and peer reviews.
• Assist in obtaining accreditation to approve final versions of member documents.
• Collaborate across departments to develop presentation collateral such as slides.

We are looking for a Worksite Presenter to join our Distribution team on a remote basis. Whilst you will work from home the majority of the time, this role will involve regular travel to client sites across the UK.

In this role you will deliver high quality member presentations to our clients. Workplace is a core market for Aegon UK and one of the fastest growing, therefore it is critical to the strategy and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

• Identifying the communication objectives based on the characteristics of the client and target audience.
• Creating tailored member presentations to meet the client’s needs.
• Preparing and delivering member presentations through various media including face to face, online webinars and recorded videos.
• Working with internal departments (Client Relationship Team, Customer Care Team, Compliance, Marketing and Implementation Teams) and external parties (e.g. the client and their consultants, and APS, our typesetters and printers) to ensure that all deadlines are met, and appropriate resources are allocated to each client.
• Adhering to internal procedures including compliance and peer review requirements at all times.
• Achieving accreditation status in order to approve final versions of member documents.
• Working with different departments and colleagues to develop presentation collateral such as slides.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Excellent communication and presentational skills.
• Evidence of relationship management experience and working with clients.
• Experience contributing to the creative development of the DC communication service, working with Marketing Teams and/or Member Communication Teams.
• The ability to develop strong relationships with internal departments, clients, prospects and their advisers, so that we are seen as communications leaders in the DC Market.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of different types of media (web, print, social, digital, apps etc.) and the advantages/disadvantages of each in different situations.
• An understanding of the Corporate Workplace Savings market, products and regulatory developments.
• An understanding of the Auto-enrolment, scheme default investment options and Master Trust and contract-based governance and how to support employers with their duties.
• A track record in achieving objectives/targets and meeting deadlines.
• A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Synthesia and PowerPoint will be beneficial.
