Please note we're looking to fill two positions.

Position

Location: Remote

Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

As a Workshop Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workshop delivery, training, and support to adult learners pursuing apprenticeships in the field of Early Years and Residential Childcare. If you have the energy, experience, and unique edge to facilitate engaging and impactful workshops and guide learners through the entire journey, we want to hear from you.

Role Requirements
  1. Create a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  2. Employ a variety of teaching techniques and instructional methods catering to all accessibility and learning needs.
  3. Design and administer assessments to evaluate apprentices' progress and understanding.
  4. Participate in the curriculum development of interactive, impactful, and engaging learning materials.
  5. Work flexibly and deliver evening workshops as required.
  6. Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures.

Please note, although this is a remote-based role, due to GDPR, you'll need to be based in the UK.

Requirements

What we need from you:

  1. Grade A-C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  2. Level 5 qualification in Early Years or Residential Childcare.
  3. Extensive experience working within the Early Years or Residential Childcare sector.
  4. Experience working at a supervisory level.
  5. Experience of facilitating learning and engaging adults.
  6. Excellent knowledge of Early Years practices, regulations, and standards.
