Equipment Cleaner / Tester

• Annual Salary:£26,000 - £28,000

• Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a hardworking and methodical individual to join our workshop team as an Equipment Cleaner / Tester. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and has an interest in machinery and electrical equipment. Day-to-day of the role:

• Clean, maintain, and service equipment once it is returned from hire.
• Perform electrical testing on all returned equipment to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the workshop.
• Carry out minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Ensure all safety information labels are clearly displayed on all equipment.
• Input testing information onto a customised computer system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Comprehensive training will be provided, including PAT Testing, IPAF & PASMA courses, Manual Handling, Fork Lift Truck training, and more.
