Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking Workshop Technicians to join a busy workshop manufacturing wooden cases, pallets and related products to customer specifications. The role requires a practical, hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a safety-conscious mindset to meet production deadlines.

Own transport is essential due to the site location. You will work in a team, operate and maintain woodworking machinery, assist with stock, and contribute to a clean and safe working environment

• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Report equipment faults and maintenance requirements to the Workshop Manager.
• Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge.
• Assist other departments and associated companies with additional duties as required.

The successful candidate will be practical, hands-on and able to work safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Manufacture wooden cases, pallets and other products to specifications.

Operate and maintain woodworking machinery, tools and equipment.

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
