Our 3-acre site features a well-appointed showroom, workshop, Valet bay, and outdoor display area for over 160 vehicles. We offer diagnostic testing facilities for various brands including Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda, Land Rover, and Jaguar. Just Audi VW Lincoln is part of Just Automotive Solutions Ltd, led by Adrian Morvinson, Steve Drewery, and Brad Dodsworth with a combined 70 years of motor trade experience.

Workshop Technician (Qualified)

Location: Lincoln

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards.
  • Perform diagnostic checks and fault finding using specialist tools.
  • Complete MOT preparation and repair work where required.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive workshop environment.
  • Uphold health & safety and company procedures at all times.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Proven experience working as a Technician (Audi/Volkswagen Group experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • MOT testing licence desirable but not essential (training can be provided if not held).
