Workshop Technician - Tooling & Calibration

Location: Kenilworth
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

An established industrial tooling specialist is looking for a Workshop Technician to join their service and calibration team. This hands-on role involves the repair, maintenance, and calibration of pneumatic, electric, and DC tooling.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a range of industrial tools
  2. Perform calibrations and function checks to set standards
  3. Maintain accurate service records and use workshop systems
  4. Support the wider team with technical input and fast turnaround times
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a mechanical/electrical or service workshop role
  2. Confident diagnosing faults and reading technical documentation
  3. Methodical, safety-conscious and detail-focused
Desirable:
  1. Understanding of DC, pneumatic, and electric tooling
  2. Experience with calibrations or HAV testing
  3. Formal qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering (e.g. NVQ, HNC)
