The company design and manufacture a wide range of plant and construction equipment, supplying to clients around the world. Due to continued growth, they're now looking to bring a Workshop Team Leader on board to support their expanding operation.

You'll be responsible for managing workshop operations and using your plant engineering knowledge to ensure everything runs smoothly and to schedule.

This role would suit a Plant Engineer with experience working on excavating or heavy plant equipment, who also has some supervisory or team-leading experience and is looking to step into a long-term role with development potential.

The Role -

  • Oversee engineers ranging from apprentices to experienced fitters
  • Work closely with the Workshop Manager to maintain efficient workflows
  • Benefit from clear technical progression and training


The Candidate -

  • Background in Plant Engineering (excavators, diggers, loaders, etc.)
  • Any previous managerial experience OR keen to step into management
